Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery for Engines Purchased from
us, returns of damaged or faulty parts will be accepted. - There will be no acceptance of returns for parts ordered for trial or testing. The consumer must get in touch with Blue Prism Automotive before disputing the charges.
- If the component is received and is broken at the time of Receving the delivery, the Customer is requested to inform the respective company by phone or email within 36hrs of receiving the Engine and if faulty element, they must have solid documentation of installation within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for warranty, return,replacement, or refund.
Refund Policy
- Once an order has been placed, processed, and shipped, and the purchaser chooses to cancel the order, in
addition to the twenty-five percent (25%) handling and restocking fee, the purchaser will pay for all shipping charges. - Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be available for return.3) Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. Markings on the part uniquely identify parts.
- Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a
the respective company representative) will not be refunded. - Please let our customer support team know if you get a damaged or faulty part. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN
RMA FIRST, DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK. (Return Material Authorization). - Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer. The respective company must be provided with a return
tracking number when the item is returned. - The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA.
- The return address will be provided to the customer at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the
location address provided upon receiving RMA. - Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Items returned to the respective company will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions,
at the customer’s expense. - We would be willing to provide a new component or a complete refund for the original purchase price once the
item is returned. After the item is returned, it will be examined, and if approved, accounting will receive a credit
request. Refunds to customers are given when the returned part has been examined and confirmed. - Â Once a refund is confirmed and the returned part has been received, verified and inspected by the respective company, the same shall be refunded to customers original payment method within 15 working days of date of
refund confirmation. - In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in our warranty policy, the respective company reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund.
- Items returned after the warranty period will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Parts must be
received within 14 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted.
